Welcome to Inclusive Consulting Works, founded by Daniel Phasey.

With over 12 years of experience in the education, disability support, and employment sectors, Daniel has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by job seekers with disabilities. Diagnosed with a degenerative spinal condition in 2021, Daniel experienced firsthand the invisible barriers that so-called 'disability-friendly' vacancies often present. After successful surgery and rehabilitation, he returned to work as a disability employment consultant, where he witnessed the disconnect between service providers and employers.

Recognising the need for a more flexible approach to disability inclusion, Daniel established Inclusive Consulting Works. Our mission is to support businesses in transforming their rigid inclusion policies into flexible ones, ensuring that job seekers with disabilities, including invisible disabilities, are assessed based on their abilities rather than their perceived limitations. We offer a free 1-hour consultation to help you begin this important journey towards a truly inclusive workplace.
